When I was a child, I loved collecting rocks and marbles—especially marbles because you could see through them, they had interesting shapes and lines on the inside. I would wonder about them for hours. Why did this one look like an eye? Is it looking at me? Does it see something real about me? Something secret that even I can't see yet?

The practical life I created as an adult never felt very fulfilling or complete to me, and eventually I found myself on a journey of self-discovery. One aspect of this was reconnecting with my lifelong curiosity about rocks—now, crystals. Also now, the questions are bigger: What do these stones have to teach me about living? About the mystery of this life and this universe? What can they teach me about energy and being human?

I find such joy and wonder in selecting and relating to each crystal, each bead, and crafting pieces that help me and others connect to what we may not yet see.
